David Smith is a partner and Head of Property Litigation for the London office of JMW Solicitors. He specialises in residential, landlord and tenant law and is well known for his work on new legislation in England and Wales as well as appeals to the highest courts.

Irving Hill is the founder and CEO of Sulets, a specialist educational charity based in Leicester which advertises, lets and manages student accommodation for over 2300 students in the city.
