If you are booking a Sulets student home, you are required to pay a deposit between £300 – £350 per person and you can either pay your rent in one full payment before you move in, or if you have a guarrantor who is not a UK resident you will be required to pay the rent over 3 payments instead of 4.
If you are booking a room with our partner Student Roost, there is a £100 depost to pay and international guarantors are welcomed.
