Booking a student house

We want to make the tenancy signing process for students as simple as possible. The easiest and fastest way to secure your next student home in Leicester with Sulets is to complete an Online Tenancy Application and sign it digitally. See the steps below.

Online Tenancy Application:

Once you have selected your next student home and completed a property viewing you are ready to book and begin the tenancy application process with Sulets.

Click “Book Now” on the house listing page on the Sulets website to begin your application.

  1. You will then be directed to the Tenant Registration page which has several steps to complete. If you are booking as a group of students, please enter all the names of the group into the ‘Group details’ form on step 1. then click ‘Next’ to continue.
  2. Enter your home time address into the form fields, then click ‘Next’ to continue.
  3. Enter your guarantor information, then click ‘Next’ to continue. Click for more info on guarantors.
  4. Enter further personal details we require, then click ‘Apply’ to submit your application.
  5. Your lettings negotiator will then review your inputted information and begin to create a tenancy agreement for you.
  6. You will then be emailed a tenancy to sign digitally. Please ensure you thoroughly read and understand this tenancy agreement before you are happy to sign.
  7. Speak with your guarantor to ensure they have signed and returned their copy.
  8. The final step is to pay the £250 deposit per person. This can be paid online here.
  9. Once all parties have signed the tenancy agreement, we will then be in touch closer to your move in date to arrange key collection.
