Sulets are pleased to announce the addition of three new members to our Trustee Board, one of whom will become the new Trustee Board Chairman.
These appointments will bring new insight, experience and governance expertise to the board and will help drive Sulets continued growth and development.
The three new appointees are:
Paul is the newly appointed Trustee Board Chairman. Oxford University educated, Paul brings 30 years of success in creating and building businesses to this position. He has a strong track record in the energy industry. Leadership, business development and partnerships are the core themes of his commercial career and it is this wide ranging knowledge and experience that he brings to his new role as Trustee Board Chair.
Tim is a senior business leader with over 10 years of board level experience in property, operational and infrastructure activities. In the last 3 years he has led transformational projects as property director of Wolseley UK and TM Lewin. His wide ranging experience allows him to optimise return on investment across various initiatives and sectors.
Richard brings relevant property and management experience to the Sulets Trustee Board. He is currently regional director and real estate lawyer at Excello Law. He is an active member of the local business community and is a director of Leicester Business Festival and Leicester BID. Richard has a unique insight to bring to this role having studied at both University of Leicester and De Montfort University.
