Sulets 2026 Student Survey Results
Each year, we contact our tenants to hear directly from them about their experience living with Sulets. Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve, and this year was no different.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the 2026 Moving Out Survey. Student input is incredibly valuable, and this year’s results show some strong results.
Would you recommend Sulets?
One of our most important questions is whether students recommend Sulets to other students.
A huge 95.71% said yes ✔️

This is a strong indicator of tenant satisfaction and a clear sign that changes we’ve made are having a positive impact.
Are students getting value for money?
We also asked if tenants felt their weekly rent offered good value for money. Here’s what students told us:
89.19% agreed or strongly agreed that their weekly rent represented good value for money.

🎉 Prize winners
All entries were placed into a random number generator, and the two winners of the £100 Love2Shop vouchers were Samuel (Queens Road tenant) and Oliver (Victoria Avenue tenant). Congratulations to both!
