
Sulets 2025 Student Survey Results: What You Told Us
Each year, we contact our tenants to hear directly from them about their experience living with Sulets. Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve — and this year was no different.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the 2025 Moving Out Survey. Your input is incredibly valuable, and this year’s results show some exciting progress.
Would You Recommend Sulets?
One of our most important questions is whether students recommend Sulets to other students. Here’s the responses:
- Leased properties: 84% said yes.
- Sulets Managed & Landlord Managed: 93.33% said yes.
- Whitefriars: 81.82% said yes.
Overall, our Net Promoter Score was an impressive 86.38% across all responses. This is a strong indicator of tenant satisfaction and a clear sign that changes we’ve made are having a positive impact.
Are You Getting Value for Money?
We also asked if tenants felt their weekly rent offered good value for money. Here’s what you told us:
- Leased: 84% agreed or strongly agreed
- Sulets Managed & Landlord Managed: 91.49% agreed or strongly agreed
- Whitefriars: 76.92% agreed or strongly agreed
There’s a noticeable improvement here, especially in Whitefriars properties, where satisfaction rose by over 12%.
What You Said
As always, the comments section provided us with real, honest feedback. Some recurring themes included:
✅ Positives:
- Friendly staff and good locations
- Clear communication and improved support
- High satisfaction with value for money in managed properties
❗ Areas for Improvement:
- Better cleaning and maintenance before move-in
- Faster response times for repairs
- Improved communication, especially early in the tenancy
We’ve also seen calls for practical improvements like clearer move-in guides, more out-of-hours contact options, and better awareness of property inspections and contractor visits.
What’s Next?
Your feedback helps shape how we operate. Following this year’s survey, we’re already working on:
- Strengthening our pre-tenancy property checks
- Improving response times to maintenance issues
- Making communication more accessible — especially during move-in and out
