What do our landlords think of our service?
We’d like to say a big thank you to all our landlords who took the time to complete our recent Landlord Survey. Your feedback is incredibly important to us and plays a vital role in shaping how we continue to develop and improve our services.
The survey was sent to all Sulets landlords in late 2025 and we were delighted to receive an excellent 62% response rate. This strong level of engagement shows just how invested our landlords are in working with us.
As a thank you for taking part, landlords who completed the survey were entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Amazon voucher. The winner (Mr Neat) was selected at random and has now received their voucher via email.
Positive feedback across the board
We’re really pleased to report that the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with some fantastic results that reflect our commitment to providing a high-quality, reliable service to landlords and property investors.
Some of the key highlights include:

90% of landlords would recommend Sulets to others, demonstrating a high level of trust and satisfaction.

96% believe Sulets are efficient at dealing with problems and queries, reinforcing the importance we place on responsive communication.

94% feel the technical knowledge of Sulets staff is of a good standard, highlighting the expertise and professionalism of our team.

These results are something we’re incredibly proud of and they reflect the hard work of our staff across all areas of the business.
Listening and improving
While it’s great to see such positive feedback, we’re equally committed to listening carefully to any suggestions or concerns raised in the survey. Landlord feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve our services, processes, and communication.
