When Sulets decided to offer Halls to our students we set out to ensure that they were the best quality and the best value we could find. After looking at numerous providers, we chose to team up with Avenue Capital. Avenue is a rapidly expanding business with a plan to provide over 10000 beds in student accommodation across the UK. They are major investors in quality accommodation and are part owners of the national hotel chain, Travelodge.
The Summit is a landmark 22 storey building just 10 minutes walk from DMU and 20 minutes from Leicester University. This development is split into two blocks with the Tower comprising of 262 single Studio apartments and The Annexe consisting of larger dual occupancy studios and one bed apartments which are ideal for couples or single students wanting more space.

Newarke Street and Brookland Road
These two sister sites are exactly the same but based on different University campuses. They consist of shared apartments and studios and both have a washer/dryer in each apartment and studio as an added bonus. These two halls are perfect for sharing with friends and ensuring you are very close to your campus. These Halls are excellent value with all inclusive packages from £126 per week (plus a one off utility charge) with No Deposits or Admin Fees.
Both sites consist of studios and Eastern Boulevard also has an option of shared apartments. Only a 10 minute walk from the DMU campus, Upperton Road also boasts a gym and communal area on site, free for all halls tenants to use. A shuttle bus is also available to the University of Leicester.
