Access to our mental health helpline service –

When you become a Sulets tenant in one of our private houses you have access to a free, professionally staffed advice line that will provide mental health, legal and welfare support.

Student tenants in our houses will be able to access the 1 to 1 service through a 24-hour, 7 day a week helpline. This will be staffed by experienced, BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) qualified counsellors who will provide help and support in a friendly, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental way.
