Contents Insurance
If you are living in a Sulets Leased house, contents insurance is included. You can find further details from Cover4Students here.
If you are living in Student Roost halls of residence these come with contents insurance from Howden Learn more.
Guarantors
For tenants with UK based guarantors must be:
- Over 18 &
- UK citizen &
- A homeowner or in full time employment
- Documents required from Guarantor are:
– Photo ID (passport)
– Proof of address (Bank statement/letter or utility bill or council tax bill – must be less than 3 months old)
– Proof of income (3 x monthly wage slips). Gross monthly income must be above the minimum wage
For tenants without a UK based guarantor:
- A payment of 50% rent paid in advance before move in.
- 4 monthly payments due by 20th January.
