If you are booking a Sulets student home, you are required to pay a deposit between £300 – £350 per person and you can either pay your rent in one full payment before you move in, or if you do not have a guarantor who is a British Citizen you will need to use a guarantor service such as Rent Guarantor.
If you are booking a room in a Student Roost building, there is a £79 holding deposit to pay, which will be deducted from your rent payments once the agreement is signed.
If you are booking at Humberstone Road, a UK guarantor is required, for further info you can read the international student FAQ’s here.
If you are booking at Reynard House, there is no guarantor or deposit required to secure your room.
