Ever noticed how some agents don’t want to show you a tenancy agreement or even ask you to hand over a deposit before you can see what you are signing up to?
We have no secrets here. We believe that you should be able to view the example agreement that we use whenever you like and we actively encourage you to read it and ask questions. The agreement you’ll sign will be the same as the one below with your relevant details included (name and address of property etc).
