SULETS is a lettings agency jointly owned and run by the Students’ Unions of DMU and Leicester University. With an office based at each campus, SULETS is the number 1 site for DMU and Leicester University students looking for private rented accommodation in Leicester.
SULETS brings together the well established brands of DSU Lettings and Leicester Abode into one streamlined service for all students in Leicester. It was established with the aim of being different to the other lettings agencies in Leicester by offering a fair deal to both landlords and tenants.
We have a wide selection of high quality accommodation close to both campuses ranging from Studio and 1 bed flats up to large 8 bed properties for groups.
We pride ourselves on the service we offer to our students and landlords alike and strive to offer a fair and efficient service to all parties.

This year for the first time we are also able to offer Halls of Residence, including the brand new landmark building THE SUMMIT from £110PW all inclusive. We also have great value, high spec halls on the door step of Leicester Uni and DMU, Regents Court and Queens Court from £80PW all inclusive.

You can search for your perfect property using the facility above. Just select which branch you require, your preferred area and how many bedrooms you require and you will be shown all properties that match your choices. To see all properties at a given branch, leave the ‘Area’ field as ‘Any Area’ and the search will show you everything available.
